Party Host Cordinater

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Party Host Coordinator to organize and oversee events and parties at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning the details of each party, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that events run smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Creativity and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan all aspects of parties and events, including themes, decorations, and entertainment.
- Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers and musicians, to ensure all services are provided as contracted.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event.
- Manage event budgets and ensure expenses stay within the allocated budget.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly.
